What is your return / refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we are not able to accept returns or refunds for confirmed orders.
All sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please note that colour and design of each product may differ due to the nature of product and colour difference of monitors, and this will not be considered as defective.

What if i receive an incorrect or defective item?
Please contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for returns/ exchange
- Attach image proof of stated issue
Please ensure that the product is unused and with all original packaging. We may ask you to proceed to send the item back to us, for which we will reimburse with a valid shipping receipt. If the correct item no longer in stock, we will inform you when it is back in stock or issue you a full refund.
We highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking service to ensure that your item will not be lost during delivery. ChubbyCo., will not be liable for lost return parcels.
